Set up the content

1. Content → Heading: Heading and a short lead text, for example how to contact you.
2. Content → Questions: Add questions and answers.
3. Content → Behavior: Open the first question by default and allow only one open question. Add FAQ structured data is on by default.

Choose the look

Opening and closing

Questions open and close with a smooth animation. By default only one question is open at a time: Opening a question closes the one that was open. Switch off Behavior → Only one question open at a time to let visitors open several.

Numbers

Switch on Styles → Layout → Number the questions to show 01, 02, 03 in the accent color before each question.

Structured data

Omni adds the questions and answers to the page as schema.org FAQPage structured data (JSON-LD), so search engines and other tools can read them as questions and answers. Answers are added as plain text, and a question or answer left empty is skipped.

• If a page has more than one FAQ module, keep Add FAQ structured data on in one of them only.
• Google stopped showing FAQ rich results in Search on 7 May 2026. The structured data is still valid and does no harm, but it no longer adds expandable questions under your search result.

Good to know

• Only use questions and answers that visitors can see on the page.
• Background, module width, spacing and alignment work the same in every module – see Backgrounds and Module width and inset panels.
