Site footer

The band at the bottom of every page: Your logo, a short text, social links, link columns, an optional newsletter form and a row with copyright and legal links.

On this page

Set it up

  1. Open a page that uses an Omni template, click the footer and choose Edit global content.
  2. Select the Site footer module.
  3. Replace the image under Brand → Logo with a light version of your logo, then edit the text and social links.
  4. Fill in the link columns and legal links, and publish the global content.

What you can change

Choose the look

The text colors start from Theme settings → Website footer.

Good to know

  • A link without a target shows as plain text, so a new install has no dead links. Add a link to make the text clickable.
  • Use a navigation menu for a column when the same links should also appear elsewhere, for example in the header.
  • A short form with only an e-mail field fits the newsletter area best.
  • The footer sits in a drag and drop area: Under Edit global content you can add sections above or below it, and add the Site footer module again if it was removed.

Good to know

  • Logo width takes any number of pixels. The logo still never gets wider than its column.
