Buttons
Theme → Theme settings → Buttons controls text, background, border, corner radius, spacing and hover state. Every module button has a Style choice:
| Style | Looks like |
|---|---|
| Primary | Filled with the button background color |
| Secondary | Filled with the Secondary color |
| Outline | Transparent with a colored outline |
| Text link | Underlined text |
On sections with Light text on dark background, primary buttons turn white and outline buttons turn light automatically.
Hover and focus
Omni buttons invert when visitors hover over them or reach them with the keyboard: A filled button turns white with a ring in the button color, and an outlined button fills. Size, font weight and text never change, so buttons feel steady. Buttons → Hover sets the colors of the inverted state, and HubSpot form buttons follow the same pattern.
Forms
Theme → Theme settings → Forms styles every HubSpot form on the site: Title, labels, help text, fields, submit button and the form background. The CTA Band shows forms inside a white card; you can change the card background, border, radius and shadow in the module.
Arrow after the button text
Theme settings → Buttons → Arrow after the button text adds an arrow to every Omni button. On hover the arrow slides a little to the right. Switch it off for plain buttons.
Good to know
- Choose the form itself in the module (Content → Form). Thank-you messages and notifications are set on the form under Marketing → Forms.
Buttons on dark backgrounds
In sections with light text (Dark color mode, or Light text on dark background), primary buttons use the two colors under Buttons → Buttons on dark backgrounds: A background and a text color, white with the primary color by default. On hover the button turns into an outline in that background color. Pick a brand color here when your dark sections should carry colored buttons, for example gold buttons with dark text.
