Headings, buttons and links

Highlighted words
Wrap a phrase in asterisks in any heading field: Everything your website needs, in one theme. The phrase is shown in Highlighted words color (Styles → Text), which follows the theme's Secondary color.
Heading level
Heading level sets the HTML heading (H1–H3). It changes meaning for search engines and screen readers, not the look – the size comes from the font setting. Use one H1 per page.
Buttons
Each button has a Button type:
- Link button: Enter Button text, pick a Link and choose a Style.
- HubSpot CTA: Choose a CTA created under Marketing → CTAs. Clicks are tracked in HubSpot.
Links
Link fields accept a page, an external URL, a file from the file manager, a blog, an e-mail address or a phone number. E-mail addresses open the visitor's mail app and phone numbers start a call on mobile. Tick Open in new tab for external sites.
Good to know
- Buttons without a link are shown but go nowhere – add a link before publishing.
- Link to a file (for example a PDF) directly from the link field; there is no need to copy the file URL.
