Module width and inset panels
Styles → Layout → Module width is available in every Omni module.
On this page
| Option | Result |
|---|---|
| Full width | The background runs edge to edge. The content stays on the site grid. |
| Inset panel | Full width with a small gap to the screen edge and rounded corners – ideal for heroes and CTA Bands. |
| Fixed width (px) | A centred panel with the width you enter. |
| Percent width (%) | A centred panel as a percentage of the page width. |
Hero heights
The Hero banner adds Styles → Layout → Height, which works with every width option:
| Height | Behaviour |
|---|---|
| Small | About 40 % of the screen height (320–460 px) |
| Medium | About two thirds of the screen height (460–760 px) |
| Full screen | Fills the screen below the site header |
| Fit content | As tall as its content |
| Custom (px) | Your own minimum height |
Use Styles → Alignment → Content alignment to place the content at the top, middle or bottom of the hero.
Good to know
- Inset panel corners and the gap to the screen edge are set in the theme settings. The hero and the call to action band can override the corner radius under Styles → Corner → Panel corner radius.
- An inset panel without a background looks like a normal section – give it a color, gradient, image or video.
