1. Contracting parties and the service
These terms apply between Spring Agency AS, Norwegian organisation number 928 605 221, and the business that installs or purchases Brreg Sync.
Brreg Sync retrieves public Norwegian business information from the Brønnøysund Register Centre. The customer can enable retrieval of the latest available structured annual accounts in the settings. The accounting feature is off by default. The data can be used for search, property mapping and updates to company records in HubSpot.
Brreg Sync calculates selected financial ratios from the reported figures. The service does not provide accounting, investment or credit advice.
2. Price, payment and cancellation
- The subscription costs NOK 199 when billed monthly or NOK 2,189 when billed annually, including Norwegian VAT. The annual price equals NOK 199 × 11, giving one month free compared with twelve monthly payments. Both options include all features.
- Stripe handles payments and management for subscriptions purchased in the app.
- The subscription is charged and renewed monthly or annually, according to the selected billing period, until cancelled.
- Invoice billing is available on request only. Payment terms and activation are agreed directly with Spring Agency.
- Spring Agency may grant a time-limited trial. It expires automatically on the stated end date and does not convert into a paid subscription unless the customer completes a subscription purchase.
- The customer can cancel subscriptions purchased in the app through the Stripe Billing Portal. For invoice arrangements, contact Spring Agency. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period unless payment fails or the service is misused.
- Existing customers will be notified before a price change takes effect.
3. Customer responsibilities
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the person installing the app has the necessary authority, that the selected HubSpot properties and mappings are correct, and that use complies with applicable law and HubSpot's terms.
The customer must protect account access and notify Spring Agency of suspected misuse. The service must not be used for unlawful purposes, disproportionate load or attempts to bypass security controls.
4. Data sources and third-party services
Business data and any annual accounts are provided by the Brønnøysund Register Centre. When the accounting feature is enabled, the view is limited to the latest available structured annual accounts, and ratios are calculated from the reported figures. Spring Agency cannot guarantee that source data is always complete, error-free or immediately up to date. The customer should verify critical information against the official source.
If the customer disables the accounting feature, new lookups against the Registry of Company Accounts stop. Accounting values already written to HubSpot are not deleted automatically.
The service depends on HubSpot, Stripe, the Brønnøysund Register Centre and infrastructure providers. Changes or outages at these providers may affect functionality.
5. Operation, maintenance and changes
Spring Agency works to provide stable operation and reasonable availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, security incidents and third-party failures may cause temporary unavailability.
Features may be improved or changed. We will provide notice of material reductions in paid functionality where reasonably practicable.
6. Limitation of liability
Spring Agency is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, lost data or decisions based on errors in source data, calculated ratios or the customer's property mapping. To the extent permitted by law, total liability is limited to the amount the customer paid for the service during the preceding twelve months.
This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
7. Intellectual property
Spring Agency retains all rights in Brreg Sync, its code, design and documentation. The customer receives a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service while the subscription and these terms are observed.
8. Termination and uninstall
The customer may cancel the subscription and uninstall the app. Uninstalling stops synchronisation and removes OAuth access. Values already written to HubSpot remain until the customer changes or deletes them.
Spring Agency may suspend the service for non-payment, a security risk or material breach of these terms.
9. Privacy
Our processing of personal data is described in the Brreg Sync Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through dialogue. Contact us through the support form or at thomas@springagency.com.
