By installing and using the Proff App ("the App"), provided by Spring Agency AS ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Service

The App is a connector tool designed to integrate Proff business data into your HubSpot CRM. Our service includes the application itself, the onboarding process, and ongoing support for the App's functionality within HubSpot.

2. Fees and Subscriptions

  • App Subscription: Users are responsible for paying the subscription fee for the Proff App as managed through our billing system (Stripe).
  • Onboarding Fee: A one-time onboarding fee may apply for the setup and initial configuration of the App.
  • Proff API Key: The Proff App requires a valid Proff API key to function. The subscription for the Proff API key is entirely separate from the App subscription. Users must obtain and maintain their own subscription directly with Proff (Proff Forvalt). Spring Agency AS is not responsible for any costs, billing, or management of Proff API subscriptions.

3. Data Accuracy and Liability

The App fetches data directly from the Proff API. Spring Agency AS does not generate, edit, or control this data.

  • No Responsibility for Data: Spring Agency AS is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data provided by the Proff API.
  • Limitation of Liability: We shall not be held liable for any decisions made, or actions taken, based on data retrieved from Proff. Any discrepancies in business data should be addressed directly with Proff.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your HubSpot portal and Proff API credentials.
  • Ensuring your use of the App complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Providing accurate billing information for your App subscription.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if subscription fees are not paid or if the terms of service are violated. You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling the application and cancelling your subscription.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting the new terms on this page.
